Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Program Operations: Support daily operations and ensure smooth program delivery for Game Development cohorts.
• Hiring Support: Assist in the hiring process for roles such as mentors and code reviewers, coordinating interviews, and maintaining candidate communication.
• Partnership Coordination: Help facilitate partnerships with game industry companies to provide placement opportunities for students, working closely with the partnerships team.
• Program Innovation: Contribute ideas for new program offerings based on feedback, trends, and student needs.
• Attention to Detail: Ensure that each interaction—like introductory emails, event coordination, and follow-ups—creates a professional and positive experience for students and mentors.
• Community Engagement: Help design community-building activities and support peer-to-peer learning within each cohort.
• Networking & Relationship Building: Engage with top game developers, helping to build a network and creating unique opportunities for learners.
• Student Experience: Work to deliver an exceptional experience that makes a lasting impact on students, setting this community apart.
• Ownership Mindset: Contribute to achieving growth metrics for the Game Development cohorts by taking initiative and supporting the team’s objectives.
