Product Operations Job in Noida at Paytm

Paytm is hiring for the role of Product Operations!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, designers, and other stakeholders to gather requirements, set goals, and drive successful product launches.
• Identify process gaps and inefficiencies in product operations, and implement best practices and process improvements.
• Foster strong communication and collaboration among cross-functional teams, ensuring alignment and efficient workflows.
• Serve as a point of contact for internal stakeholders regarding any/all product operational tasks
• Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to product operations, providing regular updates and insights to stakeholders
• Quality Assurance and Testing: Oversee product testing and quality assurance processes
• Process Optimization: Identify inefficiencies and areas for improvement in the product development and launch processes. Implement strategies to streamline operations and increase efficiency
• Risk Management: Identify potential risks and challenges throughout the product lifecycle and develop contingency plans to mitigate these risks.
• Compliance and Regulations: Stay updated on industry regulations and ensure that the product meets all relevant legal and compliance requirements.

Requirements:

• 2+ years of product operations experience in product companies
• Experience with tools like Google Looker Studio, Tableau, Power BI, etc.
• Experience building data pipelines and working with data warehouses
