Product Marketing Manager Job in Bangalore at Fi Money

Fi Money is hiring for the role of Product Marketing Manager!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Design and execute go-to-market strategies for product and feature launches
• Drive user education and feature discovery through in-app messaging, campaigns, and lifecycle comms
• Use user insights and data to influence feature prioritization and marketing focus
• Analyze product usage and funnel data to identify opportunities for growth and retention
• Create content and messaging across formats: in-app copy, email, landing pages, social, etc.
• Own experiments (A/B tests, funnel tweaks, onboarding flows) to improve product adoption
• Work cross-functionally with product, design, growth, and content teams to ship fast and iterate
• Monitor performance, track KPIs, and present learnings and updates to stakeholders

Requirements:

• 1–3 years of experience in product marketing, growth, or content in a tech-first org
• You’re a great storyteller who knows how to simplify complex ideas
• You’re hands-on — ready to write copy, dig into data, and push things live
• You can connect user insights to product features and business goals
• You have a strong sense of ownership and bias to action
