Cactus Global is hiring for the role of Product Marketing Lead

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Plan and execute high-converting marketing strategies based on data analytics to drive brand awareness and sales
• Identify opportunities to scale business, acquire new customers, and drive customer retention from channels including, but not limited to, email marketing, in-product engagement, website, blog
• Scale email marketing and other organic channels to drive business growth
• Initiate and drive GTM programs including webinars, trade shows, social media, content marketing, etc. and working with channel owners on execution
• Analyze campaign performance and suggest improvements, report on sales revenue generated from marketing efforts
• Identify opportunities, threats and challenges in markets and act accordingly

Requirements:

• Atleast 5 years of marketing experience, specifically in growing B2C tech products
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field
• Proven track record in crafting comprehensive marketing plans covering strategy, customer research, competitive analysis, product requirements, messaging, and pricing
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams across different geographic locations
• Experience and proficiency in Google Analytics, Adwords, social media analytics, website tools, and Clevertap
• Previous experience managing a small team of 1 or 2 marketing associates
