Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Become the voice of the product: Understand what we’re building, why we’re building it, and how it solves real user problems.
• Make launches memorable: Work on go-to-market messaging, feature pages, in-app announcements, and emails that get noticed.
• Drive activation and adoption: Turn signups into fans by creating guides, use cases, and walkthroughs that help users get to value.
• Create conversion-worthy content: Help write customer stories, sales enablement content, and product updates that excite users.
• Collaborate cross-functionally: Be the bridge between product, growth, and customer success.
• Dig into the market: Research competitors, trends, and user behavior to sharpen our positioning.

Requirements:

• You have 1+ years of experience in product marketing, doing launches and increasing activation and adoption of the product.
• You love writing. You can explain complex ideas in a simple, human way.
• You are curious about SaaS—how it works, what users want, and how to grow it.
• You enjoy working with product, design, and support teams to bring ideas to life.
• You have an analytical mindset, and you are good at user data analytics and gathering insights.
