Meesho is hiring for the role of Product Manager (Tech)!
Responsibilities of the Candidate:
- Drive technical products while managing cross-team collaboration, and complex project schedules, removing roadblocks, and driving to completion.
- Define and drive the roadmap for a given charter in the Central Tech Platform that supports Meesho’s philosophy of iterative product mindset while prioritizing business needs and impact.
- Establish workflows and processes to get the best use of the platform to reduce onboarding friction and improve time to market for the given solutions.
- Engage with Central Tech Platform stakeholders to streamline processes, simplify execution with actionable plans, manage on-time releases, bring tooling for efficiencies, and help the teams with the execution.
- Communicate regularly with senior management on status, risks, and change control and, where needed, improve processes for completeness and efficiency.
- Incorporate metrics into all stages and communications of programs to remove subjectivity and ensure data-driven decision-making.
