Product Manager - S&D Job in Bangalore at NinjaCart

NinjaCart is hiring for the role of Product Manager - S&D!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Own the entire product life cycle for products at Ninjacart from inception, strategic planning, delivery to live launch, post-launch tracking, and ongoing product management, enhancement, and development.
• Conceptualize new business initiatives by working with business stakeholders and creating business impact through effective planning, business analysis, and operational data metrics, and by driving execution with the operations and technology team.
• Understand the E-commerce Fulfillment Business model, backend products, and operational processes. Should be able to deep dive into every User persona in the Value chain and understand their pain points and opportunities.
• Collaborate with the engineering team and business owners to identify problem statements, define the business goals and metrics, and own the product roadmap of the Business.
• Create product specifications documents and conduct product specification reviews with key stakeholders.
• Cross-functional Stakeholder management - Will work closely with different teams to create synergies leading to a high-quality product.
• Analyze product metrics regularly and use the learning for product innovations and improvements.
• Ensure timely delivery of projects through proper Spring planning, scheduling, and execution.

Requirements:

• MBA/Engineering from Tier 1/2 institutes
• 1 to 3 years of experience in product management post MBA/Engineering
• High problem-solving and customer-centric mindset
• Smart, Hungry, and Entrepreneurial
• Self-driven, comfortable with a fast-paced, always-on, highly ambiguous environment
• Strong passion for data-driven decision
