Tata Capital is hiring for the role of Product Manager - Education Loans!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Coordinating with cross-functional teams like Operations, Credit, Technology, and Sales, to create and continuously enable changes in the application form, workflows, policies, etc.
• Defining new products, and processes and documenting processes related to the loan life-cycle.
• Undertaking projects to identify gaps in processes and initiate corrective action wherever required, including improvement in end-to-end login-to-disbursement turnaround time.
• Taking complete ownership of user experience across all our products.
• Driving digital penetration of customers through various initiatives and projects.
• Enhancing the data collection process with some validations to reduce the overall TAT.
• Gaining a deep understanding of customer experience, identifying and filling product gaps, and generating new ideas that grow market share, improve customer experience, and drive growth.
• Researching new technological trends so as to figure out how to incorporate them into products.
• Facilitating team input into various stages of product development and design.
• Defining and analyzing performance metrics & preparing project status and features.
• Conceptualizing, implementing, and leading technological advancement and digital transformation projects that help the development of better and more diverse products, increment in client satisfaction and engagement, and reduction in credit risk.
• Ensuring compliance with all Audit / RBI regulations as well as processes, policies, and reports as per company-designed systems.

Requirements:

• Experience in product lifecycle management, digital onboarding, and digital Education lending experience preferable 
• Problem-solving aptitude and Creative thinking skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong Interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask and meet deadlines
• Enthusiasm for work, willingness to pitch in as needed, and a flexible approach to the working environment is essential
• Excellent knowledge of Excel and PPT
•  Ability to work under pressure and against tight timelines
