Bookee is hiring for the role of Product Manager-Customer Experience

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Own the customer experience charter, report & analyze your own performance via completing surveys & feedback loops to gain insights on NPS, CES & CSAT.
• Be the champion for customers & help the product team prioritize issues based on feedback & analytics.
• Collaborate closely with sales, customer success, and product teams to internally align on new features, training, documentation & demos. As well as build how-to guides (with videos) for each use case.
• Conduct customer interviews and discovery meetings to gain insight into pain points and solve real-world problems. Research on the product landscape and competitors.
• Work with Sales and Marketing teams to launch product features and drive customer adoption.
• Work in an ambiguous environment, have a strong intuition on data and critical product thinkingDrive product/process changes and improve business intelligence.
• Develop and implement automation & AI strategies to streamline customer support processes, reducing response times and increasing efficiency.

Requirements: 

• 2-4 years of work experience
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work independently, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering. MBA preferred
