IDFC FIRST Bank is hiring for the role of Product Manager-Corporate Salary!
Responsibilities of the Candidate:
- Product Management: Manage the existing suite of corporate salary products
- Develop new product variants for new segments
- Conduct Competition Benchmarking - Track competition products, identify new features and recommend basis profitability evaluation
- Monitor and track business growth basis product variants and recommend offer revision where required
- Identify, review, and facilitate the development of marketing collaterals about the Salary Portfolio
- Review and ensure updated product information is made available on various touch points i.e., both internal and external customers
- Product training and awareness
- Channel support and query resolution
- Customer communication
- Stakeholder management to create solutions through collaborations
Requirements:
- Graduation: Bachelor's in Engineering / Technology / Math / Commerce / Arts / Science / Biology / Business/ Computers / Management.
- Post-graduation: MBA, PGDM is preferred.
- Experience: 2 to 5 of experience in BFSI.
