Coincdx is hiring for the role of Product Manager/Associate Product Manager!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Role is at an intersection of Payments/Banking rails and Compliance and will need to work closely with senior product managers of these two squads.
• Manage the focus area for Fund Sources (Banks, On-Ramp Partners), KYC, AML and overall on-ramp/off-ramp rails.
• Create a roadmap for the enhancements/addition to the product portfolio based on extensive data crunching and clearly defined KPIs and objectives
• Responsible for delivering critical projects with crucial timelines and significant business impact.
• Managing and executing decisions about the high-level technical architecture, product processes/automation and UI/UX designs of the project
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders across functions to understand the user problem and their needs and formulate achievable requirements for development teams
• Develop a deep understanding of customer experience, identify and fill product gaps and generate new ideas that grow market share, improve customer experience and drive growth

Requirements:

• At least 1 year of experience in building and creating product strategy/roadmap.
• Strong grasp of use-centered design process
• Well-rounded interpersonal skills, and experience interacting with diverse personalities
• MBA degree from a tier 1/2 business school
• Bachelor's degree in technology or engineering from a tier 1/ school
