Product Manager Job in Gurugram at Pidge

What We're Looking For

• 3+ years of product management experience with atleast 1+ years with an e-commerce platform company
• Strong product intuition and structured problem-solving, with a bias for clarity and measurable outcomes
• Proven ability to translate ambiguous problems into clear requirements, experiments, and product roadmaps
• Experience partnering closely with design and engineering to ship thoughtful, user-centric features
• Comfort with data ability to form hypotheses, analyse metrics, and make informed decisions
• Excellent communication and stakeholder alignment across cross-functional teams Ability to thrive in fast-paced, evolving environments with competing priorities Experience with agile delivery practices
• A collaborative, low-ego contributor who values learning, iteration, and shared success

What You'll Do

• Lead product discovery, define problem statements, and co-create solutions with design and engineering
• Own the roadmap — prioritise, sequence, and drive initiatives from concept to launch Conduct user research, competitive analysis, and structured experiments to validate assumptions
• Write crisp PRDs, align stakeholders, and ensure smooth and predictable execution Partner with engineering to break down complex problems into buildable, high-impact features
• Monitor product performance post-launch and drive iterative improvements Balance user needs, business goals, and operational realities when making trade-offs Influence internal workflows, frameworks, and product processes to improve team efficiency

Good to Have

• Exposure to marketplace dynamics or multi-stakeholder ecosystems Familiarity with analytics tools such as Mixpanel, GA, Amplitude, Looker, etc. Experience working on 0→1 initiatives or scaling features in growth-stage products Strong storytelling and clarity in articulating product decisions and trade-offs
