Key Responsibilities:

1. Product Development and Innovation:

• Lead the development and launch of new chocolate products that meet market demands and customer preferences.
• Collaborate with R&D and production teams to ensure product quality and innovation.

2. Market Analysis and Insights:

• Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape.
• Use insights to inform product development and marketing strategies.

3. Product Marketing:

• Develop and execute product marketing plans that highlight the unique qualities and benefits of our chocolates.
• Create compelling product stories and marketing materials for chefs, bakers, chocolatiers, and patisseries.

4. Sales and Customer Engagement:

Work closely with the sales team to support customer engagement and drive product adoption.

Provide training and support to sales staff on product features and benefits.

5. Performance Monitoring:

• Monitor product performance and gather feedback from customers to continuously improve offerings.
• Analyze sales data and market trends to make data-driven decisions.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in product management, preferably within the food and beverage industry.
• Strong understanding of product marketing and customer engagement.
• Excellent communication, analytical, and project management skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment.

Profile & Experience:

• MBA from a reputed B-School with 5-7 years of experience in Product Management, preferably in the FMCG or food services industry.

Must have exposure to the following functional areas:

• Product development
• Product marketing
• Field sales
• Market research
• Experience in the chocolate industry is a plus.
