Outscal is hiring for the role of Growth -Product Manager!

Responsibility of the Candidate:

• Define Product Vision and Strategy- Develop a comprehensive product vision and strategy. Create and maintain a product roadmap that outlines the strategic direction and prioritizes key initiatives.
• Growth Experiments- Design, execute, and analyze growth experiments to test hypotheses and optimize product features.
• Collaboration With Cross-Functional Teams- Work closely with design, engineering, marketing, content, and admission teams to develop and execute detailed product plans.
• Feature Prioritization- Prioritize product features and enhancements by evaluating customer needs, technical feasibility, and business impact. Balance short-term wins with long-term strategic goals to drive sustained product growth.
• Data-Driven Decision Making- Analyze data to measure product performance and identify areas for improvement. Use data insights to make informed decisions that enhance user experience and drive growth metrics.
• Lead Product Development- Manage the product development lifecycle from concept to launch, ensuring high-quality deliverables and on-time delivery.

Requirements:

• Experienced Product Manager focused on growth and experimentation
• Background in Education or Job/HR-Tech industry
• Strong understanding of the product lifecycle
• Ability to think clearly about what users want
• Drive human-centric observations looking at data/analytics
• Thrives in a fast-paced, often scrappy, sometimes chaotic environment
• Experience in the Gaming industry or strong SAAS, Tech product companies
• Experience with data analysis and interpretation
