Zypp Electric is hiring for the role of Product Manager!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Product Strategy and Roadmap: Develop and communicate a clear product vision and strategy aligned with the company's overall goals and objectives
• Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and customer feedback analysis to identify market trends, user needs, and opportunities.
• Define and prioritize product features and enhancements based on customer and business requirements
• Create and maintain a product roadmap that outlines the product's future direction and aligns with the company's strategic plans
• Product Development and Execution: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, and quality assurance, to ensure successful product development and timely delivery
• Work closely with the engineering team to translate product requirements into technical specifications
• Conduct regular product reviews and monitor project progress to ensure adherence to timelines and quality standards
• Make data-driven decisions and iterate on the product based on user feedback, market dynamics, and performance metrics
• Product Launch and Go-to-Market: Plan and execute product launches, including coordinating with marketing, sales, and customer support teams to ensure successful market entry
• Develop go-to-market strategies and collaborate with marketing to create compelling product messaging, positioning, and sales collateral- Conduct product training sessions for internal teams, sales representatives, and partners to ensure they have a deep understanding of the product's value proposition
• Product Performance Analysis and Optimization: Define key performance indicators (KPIs) and establish metrics to evaluate the success and adoption of the product
• Analyze user feedback, market data, and performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and optimization
• Collaborate with design and engineering teams to implement product enhancements and updates based on user needs and market trends

Requirements:

• Master's degree is required.
• Proven experience as a Product Manager or in a similar role, preferably in the technology or software industry
• Strong understanding of product management principles, methodologies, and best practices
• Solid knowledge of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile/Scrum methodologies
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to make data-driven decisions
• Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate and influence cross-functional teams
• Experience in market research, competitive analysis, and customer insights is highly desirable- Familiarity with product management tools and software, such as JIRA, Asana, or Trello, isa plus
