Smartq is hiring for the role of Product Manager!

Responsibilities of the Candidates:

• Product Strategy: Define and communicate the product vision and roadmap for data and AI products, ensuring alignment with company goals and user needs.
• AI Integration: Identify opportunities to incorporate AI and machine learning into existing products and new offerings, enhancing user experience and operational efficiency.
• Market Research: Conduct market analysis to identify trends in data and AI, customer needs, and the competitive landscape to inform product development.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with engineering, data science, design, marketing, and sales teams to develop and launch data and AI products that drive business value.
• User Insights: Gather and analyze user feedback to prioritize features and enhancements, ensuring that our data and AI products are user-centric.
• Performance Metrics: Establish KPIs and monitor product performance, particularly in AI effectiveness, to inform future improvements and demonstrate the value of data initiatives.
• Data Governance: Collaborate with data teams to ensure adherence to data governance and compliance standards, while promoting best practices in data management and AI ethics.
• Documentation: Create and maintain clear product documentation, including user stories, requirements, and technical specifications.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field; master’s degree preferred.
• 3+ years of experience in product management, with a focus on data and AI products or analytics.
• Strong understanding of data analytics, machine learning, AI technologies, and data management principles.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to convey complex concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience with agile methodologies and product management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello).
