Product Manager Job in Noida at UKG software

UKG is hiring for the role of Lead Product Manager.

Responsibilities:

• Ensure that the team always has an adequate amount of prepared tasks to work on.
• Plan and prioritize the product feature backlog and development for the product.
• Work with Product Managers to define product vision, roadmap, and growth opportunities.
• Assess value, develop business cases, and prioritize stories, epics, and themes to ensure work focuses on those with maximum value aligned with the product strategy.
• Provide backlog management, iteration planning, and writing and elaboration of user stories.
• Work closely with Product Management to create and maintain a product backlog according to business value or ROI.
• Actively mitigate impediments that impact the successful completion of Release/Sprint Goals by the team.
• Monitor competitors and industry trends.
• Keep abreast of Agile/Scrum best practices and new trends.
• Provide functional demonstrations of products.
• Assist in drafting and editing product-related documentation

Requirements:

• Minimum of 3+ years of experience in Product Management within the HCM/WFM domain.
• Bachelor’s Degree in a business discipline or equivalent combination of education and work experience.
• Experience working with Agile or Agile Scrum methodologies.
• Experience with enterprise SaaS software solutions.
• Commercial product management experience or similar.
• Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
• Superior written and oral communication skills.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with multiple teams and stakeholders.
• Strong organizational and analytical skills.
