Flipkart is hiring for the role of Product Manager!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Define Product vision and roadmap for C3 function at OneTech. Work with product leadership to finalize the product vision, strategy, and roadmap
• Own and drive various corp, compliance, and PnL requirements along with Consumer Finance constructs within C3 Team and
• Responsible for deciphering user requirements, and identifying the user needs.
• Define product constructs and user journeys.
• Be the voice of the user and lead extensive user studies to understand user needs and identify current gaps in the system
• Manage all aspects of the product lifecycle, from user need identification to writing clear product requirements and driving the execution, launch, and post-launch scale-up
• Collaborate with external partner teams, business teams, and other cross-functional teams effectively in driving the projects and being the point of contact on the team.

Requirements:

• Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and analytical skills, with the ability to evolve the product strategy based on research, data, industry trends & evolving customer needs
• Entrepreneurial with clearly demonstrated capability of managing new innovative feature launches; thrives in a cross-functional and fast-paced startup environment
• Strong product thinking with customer centricity, end-to-end ownership & accountability for outcomes
• Strong communication skills, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills
• Tech landscape Understanding
• Experience in the Fintech, Reg Tech sector is good to have, but not necessary
