SHL is hiring for the role of Product Manager!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Develop product sketches and user journeys as part of product discovery.
• Assist in the creation of a product roadmap based on a deep understanding of the target market and vision.
• Understand the broader product Solutions to ensure that cross-functional teams are delivering coherent and valuable feature sets for our users.
• Provide business analysis, and create, and maintain standard product documentation.
• Leverage techniques such as personas, stakeholder maps, customer journey maps, customer lifecycle maps, and user story mapping to develop and refine new product concepts.
• Utilize stakeholder and market feedback to scope, design and launch products that positively impact the professional lives of millions around the world.

Requirements:

• Essential:
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
  • Relevant experience in agile methodology and Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Product Management experience
• Desirable:
  • Knowledge of API contracts and SDKs
  • HR market experience (talent acquisition, training, psychometric assessments, etc.)
  • Able to transform complex information into compelling product features
