Healthi is hiring for the role of Product Manager!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Customer focus: Highly customer-obsessed thinking with deep understanding of customers’, behaviours, needs and aspirations when it comes to their health
• Product strategy: Own the product strategy and roadmap. Partner with the business team to understand business goals and translate them into short-term and long-term product roadmaps Comfortable in generating a longer-term strategic vision as well as executing weekly product releases
• Communication: Generate detailed business and product requirements based on inputs from all key stakeholders. Integrate usability studies, research and market analysis into product requirements to maximize user satisfaction. Ensure clear communication across all
  stakeholders
• Technology: Work very closely with world-class Engineering, Data Sciences and QA teams throughout the product development lifecycle. Define the product acceptance testing criteria; ensure that they are met. Stay abreast with new innovations and latest technology
  trends and explore ways of leveraging these to improve the product
• UX Obsession: Attention to detail with the ability to work with user interface designers and usability experts to deliver habit-forming products with a low learning curve. Knowledge of developing elegant and simple feature functionalities that deliver a world-class user
  experience
• Data-centric: Identify key success metrics for the product (and features) and ensure that measurement has been adequately implemented. Measure the metrics post-launch and constantly look for opportunities to optimize the product/feature performance
• Collaboration: Closely collaborate with cross-functional teams across business, engineering, product, marketing, design, data science and analytics to drive significant improvements in product features and key customer/business metrics
• Iterate: Constantly generate ideas and hypotheses, initiate and carry out experiments and iterative tests to improve key operational and engagement metrics
• Juggle: Manage and balance multiple projects with competing priorities in an entrepreneurial environment with little supervision

Requirements:

• Love building things, you sweat the small stuff, and you take pleasure in excellence and impact
• Have 2+ years’ of product management experience in consumer-facing digital health products or e-commerce, and prior experience working with software engineers through the complete product lifecycle
• Excited about solving some of the hardest consumer behaviour change problems in health
• Built consumer Internet products from the ground up. Exposure to building mobile products is a big plus
• Obsessed with the user experience, deep understanding of UX best practices, and constantly thinking about innovative product tweaks and improvements
