Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Take ownership of one or more tracks within the organization
• Drive and execute roadmaps to address the identified problems with finesse
• Collaborate fluently with engineering teams to ensure the successful implementation of product initiatives
• Lead without authority and effectively engage with cross-functional teams
• Work as an individual contributor and take full responsibility for your own work
• Build and train a team of Product Managers as the organization grows

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years of product experience in high-growth consumer internet companies
• Strong sense of ownership and bias for action
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to identify the right problems to solve
• Proven track record of driving and executing roadmaps successfully
• Ability to effectively engage with engineering teams and communicate product requirements
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead without authority
• Full-stack Product Management skills, including working with data, consumer empathy, understanding design, and wearing multiple hats
