Digitap is hiring for the role of Product Manager!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Product Strategy: Develop and communicate a clear product vision, strategy, and roadmap that aligns with company objectives and market trends. Continuously analyze market conditions and user feedback to refine and adapt the product strategy as needed.
• Requirements Gathering: Work closely with customers, stakeholders, and internal teams to gather and prioritize product requirements. Translate these requirements into detailed product specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Market Analysis: Conduct thorough market research to identify opportunities, trends, and competitive landscape. Leverage this information to make informed decisions about feature prioritization and market positioning.
• Product Development: Drive the end-to-end product development process, including defining scope, setting timelines, and managing resources. Ensure timely delivery of high-quality products that meet customer needs and business objectives.
• Data-Driven Decision Making: Utilize data analytics, user behavior analysis, and other relevant metrics to make informed product decisions. Continuously monitor key performance indicators and adjust strategies accordingly.
• Cross-functional leadership: Collaborate with engineering, design, marketing, sales, and other teams to ensure alignment and successful execution of the product roadmap. Lead cross-functional teams in an agile environment, facilitating effective communication and decision-making.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years of product management experience, with a proven track record of successfully launching and scaling products.
• Exceptional problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to tackling challenges.
• Experience in leading and managing cross-functional teams in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
• Strong understanding of agile methodologies and product management best practices.
• Experience with management and project orchestration tools e.g. Jira.
