Airtel is hiring for the role of Product Manager!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Detailed market research, market opportunity identification, user profiling, and segmentation. Doing extensive AB testing and engaging in data-driven product management
• Define the new product roadmap and priorities based on the market need for lending and commercial cards business line
• Identify and articulate product feature set, build prototypes to test internally and through user research, and refine solutions in the face of data and other findings
• Work with engineering, marketing, and business teams to put in place a clear product roadmap and build features on the basis of market research and customer experience
• Recommend the nature and scope of new products by reviewing product specifications and requirements; and appraising new product feature ideas
• Actively identify and optimize opportunities for commercialization and launch of products
• Take business needs and product requirements and transform them into user-focused and intuitive web, mobile, and product experiences
• Contribute new features to product development
• Approve or disapprove product features
• Influence decision-making and timeline
• Identify potential risks and issues in product management
