Schneider Electric is hiring for the role of Product Manager!
Responsibilities of the Candidate:
- Drive sales of MCCB products, focusing on both new products and life cycle management, with a monthly target of ~30 Cr.
- Take responsibility for achieving target margin, and sales targets for the portfolio, including new products, price realization, and focus products.
- Develop and execute strategic business plans aligned with the budget, aiming to deliver a pipeline of profitable business in the short, medium, and long term.
- Provide support to sales, business development, and customer support functions.
- Contribute to the development and launch program for the full range of MCCBs.
- Collaborate with design, engineering, quality, and planning functions to strengthen the product portfolio.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related discipline.
- Strong understanding of product lifecycle management, from ideation to end-of-life.
- Excellent analytical and strategic thinking skills.
