Innovaccer is hiring for the role of Product Manager!
Responsibilities of the Candidate:
- Develop a comprehensive understanding of market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape to inform the platform services roadmap.
- Contribute to and execute on a product strategy that aligns with the company's overall vision and goals.
- Collaborate closely with engineering, design, and other cross-functional teams to translate product strategy into actionable plans and deliverables.
- Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure the platform services meet the needs of internal and external users.
- Oversee the end-to-end product development lifecycle for platform services, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality features.
- Prioritize and manage the product backlog, balancing business priorities and technical constraints.
- Champion user-centric design principles to ensure platform services are intuitive, efficient, and provide an exceptional user experience.
- Work closely with UX/UI teams to create user interface designs that enhance usability and accessibility.
- Define key performance indicators (KPIs) for platform services and regularly analyze and report on the performance metrics.
- Utilize data-driven insights to make informed decisions and continuously optimize the platform services.
- Ensure platform services comply with industry regulations and standards, particularly in the healthcare sector.
- Collaborate with the security and compliance teams to implement robust access controls and authentication policies.
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
- Proven experience as a Product Manager, preferably in healthcare technology or SaaS.
- Strong understanding of platform services, including metadata management,access control, user management, and authentication policies.
- Exceptional leadership and communication skills with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively at all levels of the organization.
- Experience working in an agile development environment.
- Familiarity with healthcare industry regulations and standards, such as HL7 FHIR.
- Familiarity with auth tools such as OAuth2 and experience using auth services such as Okta, and cloud IAM vendors.
