Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Collaborate with the Senior Marketing Manager to develop and implement effective marketing strategies that align with national goals and regional nuances.
• Analyze market trends, customer behaviors, and competitive landscape to identify opportunities and challenges.
• Coordinate with local sales teams, zonal managers, and regional sales managers to gather insights on product trends, customer preferences, and market demands.
• Interact with customers to understand their needs, feedback, and usage experiences, fostering strong customer relationships.
• Advocate for the product among customers, highlighting its unique features and benefits.
• Encourage customers to evaluate the product and provide feedback, contributing to product enhancement and refinement.
• Develop and execute regional marketing initiatives that drive product awareness, demand generation, and lead conversion.
• Collaborate with the sales team to align marketing efforts with sales strategies, ensuring a unified approach.
• Address and manage product-related complaints, working closely with the quality assurance team to resolve issues promptly.
• Ensure customers' concerns are addressed professionally and efficiently, maintaining a positive brand image.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams such as product development, sales, and customer service to ensure seamless communication and alignment.
• Participate in product launch activities, providing insights and strategies for successful launches.
• Monitor and analyze marketing campaign performance, using data-driven insights to optimize strategies and achieve desired outcomes.
• Prepare regular reports and presentations for senior management to showcase regional marketing achievements and challenges.
• Lead and manage a team of assistants, providing guidance, support, and mentorship to ensure their professional growth and success.
• Foster a collaborative and results-driven team environment.

Requirements:

• MBA in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
• 2-4 years of experience in marketing roles, with a proven track record of successful regional marketing strategies for similar product portfolios in the MedTech organization.
  
• Strong understanding of the healthcare industry, especially in the medical devices segment.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with internal teams, customers, and stakeholders.The data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze market trends and campaign performance.
• Leadership skills to manage a team of assistants and coordinate with cross-functional teams.
• Problem-solving abilities to address product-related concerns and find effective solutions.
• Proficiency in marketing tools and software for campaign management and performance tracking.
