Product Lifecycle Analyst Job in Bangalore at HBC Consultant

HBC is hiring for the role of Product Lifecycle Analyst!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Work closely with the Digital Operations team to execute tasks and reduce the volume of items not on site daily.
• Be responsible for lifecycle reporting, merchant tickets, ICQA issues, and new vendor onboarding.
• Lead the ideation and delivery of lifecycle projects.
• Ensure thorough quality assurance for products onboarded to the site.
• Collaborate with Site Operations to identify and reduce process/system inefficiencies.
• Maintain daily workflow in partnership with item lifecycle teams.
• Focus on improving customer experience ratings, conversion metrics, and reducing return rates.
• Enhance team quality metrics and ensure timely, accurate execution of merchandise content and assortment.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2-3 years of experience as an analyst, preferably in e-Commerce retail.
• Understanding of the retail e-commerce landscape is preferred.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent writing, speaking, and presentation abilities.
• Bachelor's degree required.
• Familiarity with item onboarding tools such as Product Information Management (PIM) tools.
• Strong knowledge of Google Workspace and the ability to quickly learn internal systems, processes, and additional software/web-based applications.
• Proven ability to function effectively in a collaborative environment.
