Key Responsibilities ∙ 

• Product Implementation: Assist in deploying and configuring the product solution to off-shore clients. Ensure seamless integration with their existing
• processes. 
• Real-time Monitoring & Issue Resolution: Monitor fleet data and proactively identify issues related to tracking, compliance, and performance. Provide prompt support to resolve operational challenges. 
• Client Coordination: Act as a key point of contact for US-based clients and their support offices, understanding their requirements and addressing product implementation queries effectively while working in US time zone.
• Data Analysis & Reporting: Analyze fleet data and generate insights to optimize operational efficiency. Provide periodic reports to clients on performance metrics. ∙ Process Improvement: Identify inefficiencies in fleet operations and recommend improvements based on best practices. 
• Technical Troubleshooting: Work in coordination with internal product team to troubleshoot and resolve any technical challenges that clients may face. 
• Training & Documentation: Conduct training sessions for client teams to ensure effective utilization of the Control Tower product. Maintain up-to-date documentation on best practices, and detailed records of customer interactions, including issues raised and resolutions provided.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Education: BTech in Engineering (any discipline) fromTier 2 engineering colleges in India.
• Experience: Fresh graduates or candidates with up to 1 year of experience.
• Strong critical and logical thinking, and ability to troubleshoot technical and operational problems. Process-oriented and data-driven mindset with a keen interest in workflow optimization. ∙ Excellent verbal and written communication skills (English proficiency is a must).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to work in a client-facing role and flexible working in US time zone.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
