Role Purpose :
- Define product roadmap and growth KPIs (CPI, activation, retention, LTV)
- Run and iterate promo/testing flywheel with creative & agency partners
- Prioritise feature work that drives retention & monetisation
- Coordinate across Content, Tech, Design, Marketing & Data
- Deliver weekly dashboards and scaleable experiments
Ideal Profile:
- 5-8 years product/growth experience in consumer apps/OTT/audio
- Strong metrics-first orientation, comfortable with A/B, cohort analysis
- Experience managing agencies & cross-functional teams
