Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Define and champion the user experience vision for assigned products or features, ensuring alignment with overall product strategy and business objectives.
• Conduct strategic user research to uncover deep user needs and market opportunities, informing product requirements and design directions.
• Design and validate end-to-end user flows, key interactions, and information architecture for complex product experiences.
• Work closely with product managers and engineering leads to translate user requirements and design specifications into shippable products.
• Share knowledge through internal workshops, design events, and industry participation.

• Stay abreast of emerging technologies and trends, particularly in AI-driven product experiences, personalized user journeys, and innovative interaction paradigms
• The Product Experience Specialist is responsible for shaping the end-to-end user experience of specific products or feature sets.
• This role focuses on aligning user needs with business goals, driving innovation in user interactions, and ensuring a cohesive and delightful product journey across touchpoints.

Requirements:

• Strong understanding of product strategy, business models, and how design contributes to product success.
• Proficiency in user research, interaction design, and prototyping, with experience using tools like Figma and leveraging AI for strategic insights and design exploration.
• A strong online portfolio showcasing successful product design initiatives, strategic thinking, and a deep understanding of user journeys.
• Excellent leadership, collaboration, and communication skills, with the ability to influence product roadmaps and work effectively with cross-functional teams (Product, Engineering, Marketing).
