Hero MotoCorp Limited is hiring for the role of Product Experience designer!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Conceptualize and design compelling product experiences that align with Hero MotoCorp's brand identity and user expectations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, engineers, and marketing professionals, to ensure seamless integration of design solutions.
• Conduct user research to gain insights into customer preferences, behaviors, and pain points, and apply findings to enhance product experiences.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and user flows to effectively communicate design ideas and iteratively refine them based on feedback and usability testing.
• Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor products, and emerging technologies to inform and inspire innovative design solutions.
• Work closely with the development team to ensure the feasibility and successful implementation of design concepts within project timelines.
• Advocate for user-centric design principles and contribute to establishing design guidelines and best practices within the organization.
• Present and communicate design concepts and solutions to stakeholders in a clear and compelling manner, incorporating feedback into the design process.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Product Experience Designer or a similar role, demonstrating a strong portfolio of successful design projects.
• Proficiency in design and prototyping tools, such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, etc.
• Solid understanding of user-centered design principles and a demonstrated ability to translate user needs into visually appealing and intuitive design solutions.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Familiarity with agile development processes and the ability to adapt design workflows to fit project requirements.
• Knowledge of current design trends, usability principles, and emerging technologies in the digital product space.
• A Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field is preferred, but relevant experience and skills will also be considered.
