Vance is hiring for the role of Product Designer!

Responsibilities of the Candidate: 

• Design and prototype groundbreaking features for our cross-border financial solutions, working closely with the Product, Tech, and Growth teams.
• Conduct comprehensive user research to understand the global needs and pain points of our user base.
• Partner with engineers to ensure your designs are flawlessly implemented and translate to high-quality products.
• Develop micro-interactions and transitions, communicating these clearly through prototyping to the developers.
• Collaborate with fellow product designers to build and maintain a cohesive, scalable design system.
• Liaise with graphic and motion designers to enhance product experiences with visual aesthetics.
• Stay ahead of design trends and best practices, incorporating them into your work and sharing your knowledge with the team.

Requirements: 

• 2-3 years of experience in designing digital products
• Proficiency in Figma and other prototyping tools
• A strong portfolio showcasing user-centered design solutions and design systems
• Expertise in user research methodologies and testing
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment
