Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

• Develop final designs with color schemes
• Work on production drawings, dimensional drawings, main assembly drawings, parts drawings, bill of materials
• Design modification of parts/assemblies according to requests
• Create new parts with file comparison
• Detail/Draft assemblies, part drawings, and manufacturing drawings
• Provide technical mechanical engineering design, advice, review, and approval
• Work with the product engineers and procurement managers on material selection
• Interface with other departments to develop solutions and provide technical insights to resolve technical issues
• Share periodical progress reports
