Product Data Associate Job in Mumbai at Global Industrial Company

Global Industrial Company is hiring for the role of Product Data Associate!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Respond to day-to-day requests to update system and product data.
• Support stock conversions by facilitating setup and execution with cross-functional teams.
• Set up new suppliers and facilitate annual document collection and approval.
• Maintain vendor master contacts and all vendor data.
• Interact with vendors to collect data as needed.
• Facilitate vendor training on existing tools for managing product, pricing, lead time, and other critical product-related data.
• Support daily CEX inquiries related to vendor PO issues.
• Look for process improvements to help make changes across the organization while looking to improve our overall customer experience
• Assist with onboarding new products and fine-tuning web presentations to meet content standards.
• Update the system with product changes including pricing and enhancements.
• Assist with internal data collection and analysis to support department projects.
• Coordinating sample and trade show product orders as needed.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree
• 1 - 2 years of work experience, preferably in sales/CEX support.
• Motivated individual with strong analytical and business skills
• Proven and demonstrated project management and execution skills with the ability to overcome barriers and solve problems
• Excellent written and verbal skills
• Strong interpersonal skills to work with various departments
• Industrial equipment product knowledge is a plus
• Advanced computer skills especially in MS Excel & data manipulation
• Ability to work within a team
