Cognizant is hiring for the role of Product Content Analyst!
Responsibilities of the Candidate:
- Follow the defined process steps - SOP (Statement of Process) and perform the final QC/sign off to customer
- Work on RCA/CAPA for any Quality issues
- Accountable for the success and quality of the process
- Help improve the defined processes as we create more automation and gather information
- Associate will also be trusted to maintain a high degree of confidentiality while meeting strict deadlines
