Product Associate - Trainee Internship in Chandigarh at Jungleworks

Jungleworks is hiring for the role of Product Associate - Trainee!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Assist in the development and execution of product strategies, roadmaps, and feature prioritization for our products.
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify market trends, customer needs, and opportunities for product enhancements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, design, marketing, and sales to gather requirements, define product specifications, and ensure timely delivery of product releases.
• Support the product management team in conducting user research, analyzing customer feedback, and translating insights into actionable product improvements.
• Help define and document product requirements, user stories, and use cases to guide the development process.
• Assist in conducting user acceptance testing (UAT) and ensuring product quality and usability.
• Participate in product launch activities, including creating product documentation, training materials, and marketing collateral.
• Track and analyze product performance metrics, user engagement, and customer satisfaction to identify areas for improvement and inform product decisions.
• Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and the competitive landscape to contribute innovative ideas and ensure our products remain competitive.
• Support the product management team in various ad-hoc tasks and projects as needed.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree from a top college/university, preferably in a technology-related field or business with a strong technical aptitude.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Familiarity with software development processes and methodologies, preferably in an Agile environment.
• Passion for technology and a keen interest in SaaS products and the software industry.
• Proficiency in using productivity tools such as spreadsheets, project management software, and collaboration platforms.
• Prior experience or internships in product management, software development, or related fields is a plus but not mandatory.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
