Product Associate - Solutioning & Controls Internship in Gurgaon at Zenatix – Digitizing Infrastructures with IoT

Zenatix is hiring for the role of Product Associate - Solutioning & Controls!

Responsibilities of the candidate:

• HVAC Solutioning:
  • Monitor the performance of newly developed solutions and optimize the same.
  • Build control logics for equipment like AHUs, Cooling Towers, Primary/ Secondary Pumps etc.
  • Analyze the performance of building equipment and work with data science team to build predictive maintenance logics.
  • Explore market products, solutions and discover alternatives for various solutions.
  • Coordinate with the engineering department to deliver functional solutions and support & fix existing features whenever required.
• Analytics: 
  • Optimize automation logic to enhance value delivered to the customer.
  • Carry out necessary analysis and research to articulate features of products.
  • Analyse data using a notebook to evaluate the performance of products.
• Testing and support:
  • Support the team in product conceptualization and implementation.
  • Create Templates for BACnet and Modbus Devices.
  • Creation of testing reports post hardware/solution tests.
  • Assist the Ops and Troubleshooting teams with new solutions rolled out.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical/Electrical /Instrumentation /Electronics /Control/ Manufacturing Engineering.
• Understanding of HVAC systems and BMS:
• Strong understanding of Protocols like Modbus RTU, Modbus IP, BACnet IP, BACnet MSTP, Analog and Digital Inputs and Outputs.
• Understanding of HVAC equipment like Chillers, AHUs, TFAs, Pumps, Cooling Towers, VRVs, VRFs, etc.
• Strong analytical abilities and a data-driven approach.
• Ability to perform well in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication skills - both written and verbal.
• Ability to effectively collaborate with cross functional teams.
• Strong time management skills.
