Product Associate - Solutioning & Controls Internship in Gurgaon at Zenatix Solutions (Hero Group)

Zenatix Solutions (Hero Group) is hiring for the role of Product Associate - Solutions and Control!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Monitor the performance of newly developed solutions and optimize the same.
• Build control logic for equipment like AHUs, Cooling Towers, Primary/ Secondary Pumps etc.
• Analyze the performance of building equipment and work with the data science team to build predictive maintenance logic.
• Explore market products, and solutions and discover alternatives for various solutions.
• Coordinate with the engineering department to deliver functional solutions and support & fix existing features whenever required.
• Optimize automation logic to enhance value delivered to the customer.
• Carry out necessary analysis and research to articulate features of products.
• Analyse data using a notebook to evaluate the performance of products.
• Support the team in product conceptualization and implementation.
• Create Templates for BACnet and Modbus Devices.
• Create testing reports post hardware/solution tests.
• Assist the Ops and Troubleshooting teams with new solutions rolled out.
• Develop collaterals for new and existing products, like training documents.
• Deliver the training to the Ops teams for new products and solutions delivered.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical/Electrical /Instrumentation /Electronics /Control/ Manufacturing Engineering.
• At least 2 years of experience in BMS and HVAC Domain.
• Understanding of HVAC systems and BMS:
• Strong understanding of Protocols like Modbus RTU, Modbus IP, BACnet IP, BACnet MSTP, Analog and Digital Inputs and Outputs.
• Understanding of HVAC equipment like Chillers, AHUs, TFAs, Pumps, Cooling Towers, VRVs, VRFs, etc.
• Strong analytical abilities and a data-driven approach.
• Ability to perform well in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication skills - both written and verbal.
• Ability to effectively collaborate with cross functional teams.
• Strong time management skills.
• Experience in IoT domain. (Protocols like HTTP, MQTT, CoAP)
• Knowledge of project management tools, like Jira or Notion.
• Understanding of Zigbee and LoRa.
• Knowledge of Networking.
• Must be ready to work from office.
• Can invest 8-9 hours/day.
• Installation experience of BMS is a plus.
