JP Morgan Chase is hiring for the role of Product Associate - Home Lending!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Partners with the Product Manager to identify new product opportunities that reflect the needs of our customers and the market through user research and discovery.
• Considers and plans for upstream and downstream implications of new product features on the overall product experience.
• Supports the collection of user research, journey maps, and market analysis to inform the strategic product roadmap and provide insight on potential product features that provide value to customers.
• Analyzes, tracks, and evaluates product metrics including volume, cost, and quality targets across the product development life cycle.
• Writes the requirements, epics, and user stories to support product development.
• Defines and presents strategy for features, writes epics, user stories, acceptance criteria, and participates in all agile events of the product group as a team member.
• Manages existing product features and actively leads the research, definition, and development of new features to advance the product roadmap.

Requirements:

• Developing knowledge level of the product development life cycle.
• Exposure to product life cycle activities including discovery and requirements definition.
• Emerging knowledge of data analytics and data literacy.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and self-directed.
• Collaborative and a high level of comfort and effectiveness in coordination roles; working with multiple business and technology partners to drive transparency in project deliverables.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel, Word, Visio, and PowerPoint.
