JP Morgan Chase Bank is hiring for the role of Product Associate-Consumer & Community Banking!

Responsibilities of the Candidates:

• Partner with Product Management and Agility Leads to maintain a prioritized backlog for seamless development and delivery.
• Conduct initial intake/dependency assessments and gather additional information as needed.
• Translate product strategy and needs into buildable descriptions and designs.
• Create dependencies and queues for review/decision-making with Product Management.
• Identify, communicate, and escalate risks, blockers, and impacts that could delay project delivery.
• Ensure timely and coordinated delivery of product features, acting as the voice of the customer.
• Manage the end-to-end execution of stories/features, from creation to delivery, and prioritize key product features, epics, and stories.
• Own product backlog, prioritize epics and manage dependency sub-tasks.
• Manage existing product features and lead research, definition, and development of new features to advance the product roadmap.
• Analyze, track, and evaluate product metrics, focusing on time, cost, and quality targets across the product development lifecycle.
• Build strong partnerships with internal/external stakeholders and support partners, working effectively in a matrix organization.
• Support data accuracy in delivery tools like Jira and Jira Align.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in project or product management.
• 3 years of experience working on or managing collaborative projects in financial services or technology.
• Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, both upward and downward.
• Solid organizational skills with attention to detail and multitasking abilities.
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office, including data pulling, interpretation, and slide presentation.
• Firm understanding of the mortgage servicing business.
