Zenatix is hiring for the role of Product Associate - Clouds App!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Product Knowledge:
  • Develop a deep understanding of our stack, features, and solution offerings.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, market demands, and competitor products.
• New Feature Development:
  • Identify customer needs, preferences, and potential improvements for existing products.
  • Define detailed user journey, scoping, PRDs, and wireframes to translate the requirements to an executable form.
  • Work closely with quality assurance teams to ensure that products meet established standards and specifications.
  • Perform UAT to ensure a smooth user experience before the feature is released to production.
  • Ensure the delivery of features in a defined timeline.
  • Capture user feedback post-release of the feature.
• Customer Support:
  
  • Understand the customer-facing issues.
  • Actively participate in discussions with the technical team to understand the challenge and act as a bridge between the business and technology.
  • Prioritize critical requirements and strive towards delivering it in a set timeline.
• Training and Communication:
  
  • Actively participate in discussions with the technical team to understand the challenge and act as a bridge between the business and technology.
  • Create documentation for both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Conduct training to educate the team on new feature releases.
• Project Management:
  
  • Drive sprint calls with the tech team to prioritize backlog and plan upcoming sprint deliverables.
  • Optimize JIRA usage by defining well-groomed user stories and capturing progress using relevant sprint metrics.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s in engineering with 2-3 years of experience in a similar role or industry
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skill
• Strong ability to work collaboratively across various teams and communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Must have hands on experience with JIRA and MS Tools
• Proven track record of managing all aspects of a successful product throughout its lifecycle
