Product Associate - Clouds App Internship in Gurgaon at Zenatix – Digitizing Infrastructures with IoT

Zenatix is hiring for the role of Product Associate - Clouds App!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Develop a deep understanding of our stack, features, and solution offerings
• Stay updated on industry trends, market demands, and competitor products
• Identify customer needs, preferences, and potential improvements for existing products
• Define detailed user journey, scoping, PRDs, and wireframes to translate the requirements to an executable form
• Work closely with quality assurance teams to ensure that products meet established standards and specifications
• Perform UAT to ensure a smooth user experience before the feature is released to production
• Ensure the delivery of features in a defined timeline
• Capture user feedback post-release of the feature
• Customer support
• Understand the customer-facing issues
• Participate in discussions with the technical team to understand the challenge and act as a bridge between the business and technology
• Prioritize critical requirements and stride towards delivering it in a set timeline
• Participate in discussions with the technical team to understand the challenge and act as a bridge between the business and technology
• Create documentation for both internal and external stakeholders
• Conduct training to educate the team on new feature release
• Drive sprint calls with the tech team to prioritize backlog and plan upcoming sprint deliverables
• Optimise JIRA usage by defining well-groomed user stories and capturing progress using relevant sprint metrics

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s in engineering with 2-3 years of experience in a similar role or industry
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong ability to work collaboratively across various teams and communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Must have hands-on experience with JIRA and MS Tools
• Proven track record of managing all aspects of a successful product throughout its lifecycle.
