Video SDK is hiring for the role of Product Associate!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Own and drive feature execution from idea to launch
• Collaborate with engineering, design, marketing, and customer success teams
• Define product requirements, create specs, write PRDs, and tickets
• Conduct user interviews, gather feedback, and synthesize insights into actionable decisions
• Track product metrics and performance using tools like Mixpanel or Amplitude.
• Help define product roadmaps and make prioritization trade-offs
• Document internal processes, SOPs, and knowledge bases
• Participate in QA, release readiness, and post-launch reviews
• Stay close to customers — understand pain points, requests, and usage patterns
• Tools We Use: Notion, Linear, Figma, Slack, Postman, Mixpanel, Amplitude, Jira, Loom

Requirements:

• 1–2 years of experience in product, product ops, customer success, or engineering OR solid internship/side project experience
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field (Mandatory)
• Clear communicator — written and verbal (public writing a plus!)
• Experience with AI, devtools, voice/video products, or SDKs
• Strong execution mindset — bias toward action, fast iterations
• Technically comfortable — able to read API docs, use Postman, and understand SDKs
• Familiarity with analytics tools (SQL, Excel, Mixpanel, Amplitude)
• Passionate about user problems and turning insights into great features
• Comfortable working in fast-paced, 0→1, startup environments
