Responsibilities of the candidate:

• Partner with product, tech, business and marketing teams to guide analytics journey from inception to conclusion
• Build comprehensive and forward-thinking analytics solutions
• Work on a rich data ecosystem, collaborating with Data Engineering to build high-performance solutions
• Shape product and user experience through insightful analysis
• Take end-to-end ownership of projects, from building visibility on metrics to achieving business outcomes
• Contribute to building frameworks for problem-solving and in-house capabilities
• Maintain a clear style of communication and coordinate with diverse teams

Requirements:

• Passion for analytics and a love for problem-solving
• Strong first-principle thinking and ability to apply analytics to real-world problems
• Effective communication and storytelling skills
• Self-management and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Solid understanding of data structures and statistical analysis
• Proficiency in data programming languages (Python, R, SQL) and visualization tools (Tableau, PowerBI, Qlikview, D3.Js)
