Responsibilities of the Candiddate:

• Collaborate in a team environment with advanced support teams, account managers, implementation, and development resources to meet customer expectations regarding the resolution of maintenance issues.
• Communicate effectively in both written and spoken English with colleagues and customers worldwide.
• Strong time management and priority-setting skills are essential for managing daily responsibilities and fostering technical development and growth.
• Ensure customer satisfaction by assessing the impact of issues and escalating them when necessary.
• Serve as the primary interface with customers, both internal and external, for product support.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and satisfaction while demonstrating strong teamwork, interpersonal skills, and commitment.

Requirements of the Candidate:

• Graduate with strong preference for technical experience.
• Demonstrates good time management and ability to set priorities.
