Product Analyst / Associate Product Manager Job in Bangalore at Vyapar

Vyapar is hiring for the role of Product Analyst / Associate Product Manager!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Collaborate with business leaders to drive the product strategy and vision of the organization.
• Analyze user behavior, engagement metrics, and key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify trends, track product usage, and recommend improvements to enhance user experience.
• Monitor A/B testing and experiment results, interpreting data to inform decision-making.
• Conduct customer research to understand the “why” and “what” behind the next set of products and features to be developed.
• Create PRDs and Wireframes to effectively communicate research and product vision.
• Collaborate with designers to transform wireframes into high-fidelity designs.
• Work with the engineering team to ensure timely development and release of features to end users.
• Communicate insights and recommendations effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Coordinate with sales and support teams to ensure customer-facing teams understand the product and assist in customer adoption.
• Collaborate with internal teams (support, sales, partners, etc.) to build products that enhance efficiency, drive sales, and onboard more users.

Requirements:

• Acute attention to detail, sharp analytical skills, and a proactive approach to driving results.
• Strong ability to understand and analyze data, track key metrics, funnels, and cohorts.
• Experience defining KPIs for features, enhancements, and products.
• Proficiency in wireframing tools (Balsamiq, Mockplus, Adobe XD, Whimsical, etc.).
• Experience in writing business and product requirement documents (PRDs).
• Empathy for end users and a deep focus on simplifying usability.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and act as the glue between business, marketing, engineering, support, and sales.
• Previous tech-product experience, ideally 1+ years.
• A full-time B.E/B.Tech degree from a premier institute.
