Product Analyst Job in Bangalore at Kantar

Kantar is hiring for the role of Product Analyst!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Engage with stakeholders and peers across solution areas to understand their needs, goals, and objectives.
• Independently drive product dashboard discussions, roadmaps, and achievements.
• Analyze and map business processes to identify areas for scalable product development.
• Document business processes, requirements, and workflows in a clear and concise manner.
• Create detailed requirement specifications, use cases, and functional specifications.
• Ensure that all documentation is kept up to date and accurately reflects business needs in ADO and AHA.
• Collaborate with the technical team to ensure that product requirements are clearly understood and implemented correctly.
• Participate in discussions about technical solutions and provide input based on business requirements.
• Use Excel, SQL, and/or other data analysis tools to support decision-making processes.
• Apply analytical thinking to solve complex business problems and propose effective solutions.
• Proactively seek areas of improvement and efficiency

Requirements:

• Experience developing and/or working in product dashboards to address key client needs.
• Comfortable working within an Agile framework to ensure timely delivery of product achievements!
• Report critical metrics using AHA and ADO to manage product roadmap, documentation, and status.
• Experience guiding cross-functional teams, with ability to independently drive stakeholder discussions.
• Problem solving proficiency and demeanour to solve business problems.
• Proficiency with Excel, SQL, and data analysis tools are encouraged
