Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate with various departments and verticals to streamline product implementation and process execution.
• Conduct regular branch audits and ensure adherence to company policies and compliance norms.
• Provide operational and process support to product team functions.
• Utilize Excel for data analysis, MIS reporting, and tracking product performance.
• Maintain effective communication with sales, operations, and support teams for smooth functioning.
• Motivate and support team members to achieve departmental goals.
• Handle a small team and guide them towards meeting operational objectives.
• Identify gaps in product delivery and suggest improvements.

Key Requirements:

• Experience: 0–2 years in NBFC sector (Non-Banking Financial Company)
• Education: Graduate/Post Graduate in any discipline

Skills:

• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Proficiency in MS Excel (vlookups, pivot tables, etc.)
• Ability to coordinate and collaborate across departments
• Team handling and motivational skills
• Attention to detail and process-oriented approach
• Willingness to travel for branch audits, if required
