Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Maintain and update product content on a daily basis to ensure accuracy andcompleteness.
• Perform quality assurance checks, verifying that all data is current, consistent, andmeets established standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams—including Product, Engineering, andOperations—to streamline workflows and align on content-related goals.
• Develop a strong understanding of the various APIs used within the system,leveraging these integrations to optimize content delivery and engagement.
• Track and analyze key metrics to assess the impact of content updates, identifyingareas for continuous improvement.
• Provide regular feedback and recommendations to enhance overall productperformance and user satisfaction.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree from a reputed institute with 1–4 years of relevantexperience in product operations, data analysis, or related fields.
• Basic Excel skills required for data entry, validation, and reporting.
• Familiarity with SQL or other analytics tools is a added advantage.
• Proven ability to analyze data trends, generate insights, and support productteams with operational reporting
