About this Job
- Create, iterate, and maintain dashboards for tracking key metrics and driving business or product recommendations
- Develop a deep understanding of the business/product and partner with business stakeholders/Product Managers to identify the key metrics to be analyzed and tracked for the problem
- Identify and present actionable insights and recommendations to the leadership using high-quality visualizations and concise messaging to influence the direction of the business or product
- Constantly monitoring and analyzing metrics identified, publish insights and anomalies along with hypothesis/RCA
- Understand business implications of area at hand and structure analysis accordingly
- Build customer facing dashboards within the product; understanding product metrics which could provide insights to the customer, writing logics and creating dashboards to represent the metrics
- Working with engineering/data platforms on designing, building and deploying data analysis systems for large datasets and fulfilling requirements for the identified metrics
Requirements:
- 1-3 years of relevant experience in Analytics
- Proven Technical, Analytical and Quantitative skills
- Proficiency in Analytics & visualization tools like SQL, Excel, AWS Quicksight, Tableau, Superset, LookerStudio
- Strong communication skills and comfortable in working with various functional teams
- Strong problem-solving skills; Flexibility to adapt to diverse problem areas
- Ability to work with ambiguity of problem statement
- Data-oriented with a strong grasp on excel/spreadsheets
